Zoo-phonics is a systematic, multi-modal approach that focuses on shaping the phonemic and reading abilities of children through the learning of the shapes and sounds of the alphabet and phonemes. Developed with the aim of training strong little readers and spellers, Zoo-phonics employs a variety of methods that incorporate the aspects of oral (speaking), phono (hearing), visual (seeing), kinesthetic (moving), and tactile (touching) to deliver a whole-brain approach that is thorough and unlike traditional language enrichment programmes.
The Safari House Preschool uses the effective Zoo- phonics Schools language arts curriculum to help your child thrive academically and socially as they embark on an engaging and joyful learning journey. Fun and games allow for accelerated learning to take place, and by constantly exposing them to language arts and phonemic awareness in a bilingual environment, kids can be equipped with an excellent reading ability in no time, which would stand them in good stead for the future.
The programmes are also centred on play and fun, where children get to be involved in activities that stimulate their curiosity through seeing, touching, and doing, and improve their essential skills. Play- based classes like sensory drama and themed activities help to keep the children interested and develop holistically.
Zoo-phonics has six enrichments schools and 12 full- day pre-schools, providing accessibility to cater to the needs of your child’s learning.
